UNARMED HOMEOWNER

Jerry Waller was unarmed when he was shot. Proof includes the gunshot wound to his left thumb, and how blood splashed on his face and right hand. As Waller stood in his garage, blinded by police flashlights, both hands were raised (see video reconstruction).
